2014
Foundation & Precision Workshop Established
Positive Power Bangladesh Ltd was incorporated in Dhaka by a dedicated cadre of licensed electrical power engineers. The initial operation began with custom Low Tension (LT) panel design, distribution boards, and industrial electrical consultancy.
2016
First Turnkey 11/0.415kV Substation Energized
Delivered our milestone turnkey industrial substation EPC contract for a large textile manufacturing facility in Savar, encompassing HT vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), oil-immersed transformers, PFI banks, and underground cable laying.
2018
Gazipur Switchgear Fabrication Plant Commissioned
To meet surging demand, we invested in an expansive manufacturing facility in Gazipur, equipped with CNC sheet metal shearing, precision bending, an electrostatic powder coating plant, and high-voltage dielectric testing equipment.
2020
ISO 9001:2015 Certification & Type-Testing
Achieved international ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management in panel fabrication and substation contracting. Our switchgear panels underwent rigorous short-circuit and temperature rise type-testing.
2022
High Voltage 33/11kV Substation EPC Capabilities
Successfully executed our first multi-MVA 33/11kV industrial power substation, featuring gas-insulated and vacuum outdoor switchgear, advanced numerical protection relays, and SCADA automation.

Smart IoT Automation & Renewable Hybrid Solutions
Today, Positive Power BD integrates smart IoT cloud energy monitoring, rooftop solar PV net-metering synchronization, and high-efficiency captive power management, with over 1,000 energized projects across Bangladesh.
