Project Overview & Engineering Scope

At the sprawling 400-acre Beximco Industrial Park in Kashimpur, Positive Power Bangladesh executed a comprehensive low-voltage distribution overhaul to modernize electrical supply lines for high-speed spinning, weaving, and digital printing plants.

The project replaced legacy heavy copper cable runs with ultra-compact, high-efficiency sandwich-type copper Busbar Trunking (BBT) rated up to 6300A, drastically reducing line voltage drop, transmission losses, and thermal congestion across electrical shafts.

Plant-wide low voltage distribution engineering
Fabrication and erection of 6300A sandwich copper BBT runs
Turnkey installation of Main Distribution Boards (MDB)
Motorized Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) feeder panels
Infrared thermographic scanning and load balancing
