Project Overview & Engineering Scope

To guarantee 100% uninterrupted power for heavy particle board hydraulic presses and precision spinning machinery, Positive Power designed and commissioned a sophisticated generator synchronization and load-sharing system for Akij Group.

Utilizing Deep Sea Electronics and ComAp digital controllers, the system automatically detects load swings, starting and synchronizing additional generators within 12 seconds when factory demand rises, and ramping them down sequentially during off-peak hours to minimize diesel fuel consumption.
